The house is vacant and ready to be sold.

The house is alive…it’s now warm and not cold.

It has personality, character and soon will be sold.

The realtors can’t wait to line up and bring clients.

It’s an easy sell now…because they will love it.

It’s it easy to see themselves living there now.
